*All online orders placed through our website will be classified as Tinhay Transport deliveries. We have a minimum delivery charge of £10 for online local delivery orders under £100 (excluding VAT). For orders over £100, local delivery is free.

Please use our postcode checker to see if we deliver to your area. We typically deliver within 10 miles of your local branch, and delivery times can vary based on your location.

If your postcode is outside our typical delivery area, please contact us directly for assistance and a personalised delivery quote. We may be able to accommodate your delivery depending on the items ordered and our delivery routes.

Please note:

• Our delivery service is limited to kerbside drop-offs only. However, if it's safe and we have explicit permission from the property owner, we may deliver goods onto the property.
• It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any delivery restrictions such as access limitations, parking conditions, or specific delivery requirements at the time of ordering.
• Customers must ensure they have adequate manpower or equipment to move the goods from the kerbside to their property.

Important:

• Drivers have the right to refuse delivery if they believe it is unsafe or impractical. In such cases, the customer must promptly contact us to arrange an alternative delivery or collection.
• Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
• Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.
• By placing an order, you agree to these delivery terms and conditions.
