Everbuild EVBB2FIREGUN B2 Fire Foam
A fast-curing, one-part polyurethane foam with fire-resistant properties, designed for use with a foam gun. It expands up to 50 times its original volume and complies with DIN 4102 Part 1 (Class B2) for construction materials.
Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn, or plastered over in around one hour (at working temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, ideally 20°C). Its enhanced fire performance helps slow the spread of flames and smoke compared to standard B3 foams.
Applications:
- Sealing gaps around pipe penetrations in fire-rated walls
- Fire sealing around doors, windows, and cable chases
- Filling deep or irregular joints before plastering or sealing

- Insulating behind cladding, soffits, barge boards, and in automotive uses
Provides strong adhesion to common building materials including brick, concrete, stone, and plaster.
